End User License Agreement

This EULA governs your use of HexaSentra software and hosted service. It supplements the Terms of Service; where they conflict on licensing, this EULA controls.

1. License grant

Subject to your subscription and compliance with this EULA, HexaSentra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your term.

2. Restrictions

• No copying, modifying, distributing, sublicensing, selling, or leasing the software.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source, except where law forbids that restriction.
• No use to build a competing product, or to circumvent usage limits, licensing, or security controls.
• No use to test, scan, or attack systems you are not authorized to (see the Terms' acceptable-use clause).

3. Ownership

HexaSentra and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the software, models, detection logic, and research. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

4. Feedback

If you provide feedback, you grant HexaSentra a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it to improve the Service.

5. Term & termination

This license lasts for your subscription term and ends automatically on expiry, cancellation, or breach. On termination you must stop using the Service.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The software is provided "as is." HexaSentra's warranties and liability are as stated in the Terms of Service.
